EuroMix Floor Screed Station

The Floor Screed Station offers a highly efficient means of mixing, transporting and applying EuroMix floor screeds. The ability to convey and apply floor screed continuously and directly to the worksite can result in significant efficiencies in site operations. In particular, the elimination of craneage and truck-mounted pumps can lead to major cost savings.

Various configurations are available depending on the type of screed being used, for example:

  • When using conventional semi-dry screeds such as EuroMix Sand & Cement Screed, material is discharged into a pneumatic conveyor (eg. Putzmeister M740) and delivered directly to the worksite up to 150m away.
  • When using self-levelling screeds such as EuroMix Flowing Screed, a floor screed pump (eg. Putzmeister SP11) is fed directly from the mixer, and material is pumped to the worksite up to 100m away.

Key Features

  • Floor Screed Station is delivered to site complete with all necessary hoses and cables.
  • Suitable for use with full range of EuroMix Floor Screeds.
  • Highly efficient system.
